can't wait to come back
The room was clean and had a desk along with a minibar. Loved the private bathroom with free toiletries and the shower. Excellent wireless internet. The spa was a great escape for relaxation. Overall, a nice experience. The staff were very friendly which made it even better.

Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
Comfortable, soundproofed rooms and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. The warm swimming pool was an inviting escape in winter, complemented by delicious breakfast omelets! !

Stayed for a night in the 'Simplicity' room. While the room was clean and comfortable, I wished for USB ports for charging. Decent but not a 4-star experience.

missingWrote a review on Nov 17unannounced entrylack of privacy
The staff barged into my room unannounced, shattering any notion of privacy. I had no clue about the Do Not Disturb button's location, and it was incredibly frustrating. After being woken up at 7 AM, my entire stay was clouded by this lack of respect for guest privacy.

The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything needed for a business stay. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making check-in a smooth process. If you have a car, it's easy to explore Dubai and Abu Dhabi from here.

missingWrote a review on Oct 19inconsiderate poollack of amenities
I expected at least a bathrobe, but of course, there were none. The pool doesn’t open until 9am, which is just so inconsiderate for early risers like me. Why didn’t anyone rush to assist me? I almost thought about giving a good review, but I simply couldn’t, it’s just too evident how a little more care could have made it perfect.

The hotel felt cozy, which was perfect for family gatherings. We enjoyed our stay and didn't miss the additional amenities. My son loved the outdoor space we found nearby for some Padel Tennis fun with our group.
My wife says that an ATM on-site would be great.
